AMG Cyclery Return Policy 2026

This policy is subject to change at any point without notice.

At AMG Cyclery, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.


Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition
  • Item(s) must include original undamaged retail packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, or modified items
  • Bicycles that have been ridden
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping cost

Items returned that do not meet our eligibility conditions above are subject to up to a 100% restocking fee. Upon receipt of item, if our team deems the condition of the item to not be new, we will follow up accordingly. If your return is denied, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at alex@amgcyclery.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item(s).

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. AMG Cyclery does not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

All returned items are subject to inspection by AMG Cyclery. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet all return criteria. We reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds based on the item’s condition upon receipt.

If a returned item is deemed ineligible for refund and the customer does not pay return shipping within 14 days of notification, the item will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or donated at AMG Cyclery’s discretion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit within 1-3 business days following the inspection by AMG Cyclery minus up to a 10% restocking fee. This applies to all items with the exception of large items. See below for the exclusion list. 
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. If your item does not qualify for a return or exchange following inspection the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process and eligibility requirements as returns.

  • You may opt for a refund to your original payment method or store credit  minus up to a 10% restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with photos and a description. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Large Items

Returns or exchanges for the following large items are subject up to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount. 

  • Bicycles or bicycle frames
  • Car racks
  • Bicycle-mounted racks
  • Bicycle-mounted child seats
  • Bicycle displays/racks
  • Wheels
  • Trainers
  • Fenders
  • Repair stands
  • Suspension & rigid forks
  • Full face helmets
  • Trailers

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with AMG Cyclery are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at amgcyclery.com. 

Order Processing Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time may vary due to:

  • Order volume
  • Product availability 
  • Special ordered or custom items
  • Holidays

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Unless noted otherwise, AMG Cyclery fulfills orders through the products respected distributor's warehouse. Carrier fulfillment selection is determined by the distributor, not AMG Cyclery. If you need a specific carrier to fulfill your order please contact AMG Cyclery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Processing time may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions 
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Holidays

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Hazardous Materials & Battery Shipments

Certain products (such as lithium-ion batteries or e-bikes) may be subject to:

  • Shipping restrictions 
  • Ground-only shipping
  • Additional handling requirements
  • Delays in estimated delivery timeframes 

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

AMG Cyclery is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Failure to do so may result in the following:

  • Delay in delivery or loss
  • Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts
