Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Please refer to our “Returns” section below for more details.

Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options for most apparel and accessory items. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, some orders may require additional time for packaging or order review. We will notify you once your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all items, including bikes and oversized products, at no additional cost. Some items may require extra processing time for assembly or transfer from off-site locations. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

If you need an item immediately, please call us to confirm its availability before visiting our store. Unless prior arrangements are made, orders should be picked up within 30 days to avoid a 10% restocking fee.

Information Security

We prioritize the security of your information. During transmission, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt all data you provide, preventing unauthorized access. When displaying your account information, only the last five digits of your credit card numbers are shown. You also have the option to save or not save your credit card information in your online account.

Occasionally, we may employ third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders and delivering packages. These providers have access to personal information necessary to perform their duties but are prohibited from using it for other purposes.

Returns

If there is an issue with a product you purchased from us, please return it in new condition within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Merchandise that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.

You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or unsatisfactory. Please use Ground UPS or insured US Mail for returns (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Prices and Information

Our website aims to provide accurate and current pricing and information. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where discrepancies in price or stock status exist, regardless of the error source.
