Designed for gravel and road racing, and for those looking to optimize each detail in pursuit of speed, Wolf Tooth Aero Chainrings are strong, lightweight, and profiled to mate perfectly with your crankset for a clean, integrated look. Taking advantage of 1x drivetrain systems and wider-range rear cassettes, Aero Chainrings are available in sizes 46T to 50T to provide similar overall range to standard 2x drivetrain configurations. They feature our patented Drop-Stop® design for the best wear life, chain retention, and mud clearance. Drop-Stop B is optimized for SRAM Eagle and Flattop chains.
Wolf Tooth Aero 107 BCD Chainrings for SRAM Cranks are designed to pair seamlessly with the SRAM AXS 107 BCD Power Meter Spider.
Fits SRAM AXS 107 BCD cranks with a removable power meter spider and SRAM 107 BCD cranks with removable spiders.
Drop-Stop technology prevents dropped chains on 1x drivetrains. On Wolf Tooth’s patented wide/narrow chainring, the wide side of the tooth has maximum contact on the drive side which spreads the load and improves chainring life. The narrow side allows clearance for mud and debris while reducing friction.
SRAM Cranks that use the non-power meter 107 BCD spider also use the SRAM 8-bolt interface, which is compatible with Wolf Tooth Aero Direct Mount Chainrings for SRAM 8-Bolt, which we recommend for a cleaner, lighter weight setup.
Compatibility
Designed for SRAM 107 BCD cranksets with removable power meter spiders. Also fits standard SRAM 107 BCD removable spiders without power meters.
Compatible with SRAM 12-speed and 13-speed groupsets including SRAM Red XPLR AXS.
Not compatible with SRAM Rival 107 BCD cranksets with integrated (non-removable) spiders. (models ID's FC-RIV-D1 and PM-RIV-D1)
Chainline is determined by crank model. See manufacturer specs for chainline.
Only works for cranks where the chainring mounts in front of the spider. These rings are not compatible with spiders that require the chainring to mount behind the spider, like on certain models of the Specialized Creos.
Chainrings are designed for 1x drivetrains. They are not compatible with 2x drivetrains.
Recommendations
If you plan to ride in very extreme or muddy conditions, we recommend a chainguide or chainkeeper (like our LoneWolf or GnarWolf ). Without these precautions, there is the possibility of experiencing chaindrops, even with a proper clutch-style rear derailleur.
Recommend the use of a clutch-style rear derailleur for the best chain security.
For Installation, use the included Wolf Tooth chainring bolts. Apply light grease to threads and torque to 8Nm with a 4mm hex bit.
