Fully waterproof single sided pannier keeps your cargo safe and dry - no rain cover needed. Dual layer Hydrocore system with waterproof liner takes the guess work out of keeping things dry. Waterproof outer fabric sheds dirt and water easily and is incredibly durable. Built-in D-rings create attachment points for your own bungees or shoulder strap. Hook and loop access point allows for hidden repairs of accidental liner punctures. Webbing tie-downs are great for carrying a U-lock or lashing on loads. Hooks on/off your rack quickly and securely locks in place. Stiff backboard holds the bag’s shape. Roll-top closure similar to drybags. Sold Individually
