The Hope Tech 4 Evo GR4 is a four-piston gravity brake designed for the most demanding applications, with gravity and e-bike use recommended. It delivers maximum power with no compromise while featuring super-smooth lever action and premium construction that makes controlling the power feel natural.
The Tech 4 Evo levers allow reach and bite point adjustment and feature a new cam design that decreases free lever stroke while maintaining the feel and modulation in the braking zone. The exchangeable EVO lever blades feature an increased hook for greater control and security, and a new dimple design in the contact area improves comfort while retaining grip.
The one-piece 4-piston caliper now features 6% larger pistons than the V4 brake. A bleed port has been added to the master cylinder body to allow bleeding without removing the lid. The brake comes pre-bled with a black plastic hose and stainless fittings as standard, with the option to upgrade to a braided stainless steel hose using the HT-1050 accessory.
