Description
Beargrease is Salsa’s fat-tire bike built to roll with the control and composure of a modern trail MTB. A long stable wheelbase and balanced weight distribution make it easy to find traction and navigate loose steep terrain — the 27.5 x 4.5" tires don’t hurt either. Rack Three-Pack and accessory mounts offer ample space for your race-day or out-all-day kit. Whether you want to tackle winter ultra events hit hot laps on snowy singletrack or just wander without worrying about the terrain Beargrease is your bike.

  • Modern trail bike geometry grants stability and control in steep terrain and soft conditions
  • 27.5 x 4.5" tires provide enormous traction and float for sticking to your line in steep soft and loose terrain. Their size also helps them roll easily rolling over rocks roots and other trail obstacles for a smoother ride.

    ABOUT US

    Who We Are

Born from a lifelong passion for all things bikes, AMG Cyclery is a small, family-run bike shop and community hub in Seaside, California. Founded by Alex and Alisa Gonzales, we believe cycling is for everyone — whether you’re chasing personal bests, heading out for a Sunday cruise, or just discovering two wheels for the first time. We build bikes that fit your style, service them with precision, and welcome every rider who walks through our doors. With a focus on community, craftsmanship, and riding culture, our shop has even been featured on The Radavist — a reflection of the unique bikes and vibrant energy you’ll find here.
